Armenian Mental Health Week strives to establish a sustained framework for celebrating mental health, promoting accessible care, and strengthening collective responsibility across communities. Through identifying knowledge gaps, examining the environmental factors that shape mental health, and fostering collaborative action, the Week creates space for informed dialogue, shared learning, and meaningful engagement.
Grounded in the understanding that mental health is shaped by how we perceive it, the environments we live in, and how we respond to it, the Week brings together diverse voices from Armenia and across the diaspora to explore these interconnected dimensions and contribute to more coordinated and culturally relevant approaches to care.
This year, Armenian Mental Health Week will take place from April 16 to 22, 2026.
The theme of AMHW 2026 is “Beyond Differences.” This year, we focus on what unites us and the common challenges we face as individuals and communities.
We invite individuals, organizations, and communities to take part in celebrating mental health, care, and healing, and to actively contribute by hosting initiatives, conversations, and activities within the Week.
Join us in building a more open, informed, and resilient mental health landscape together.
